Over the last several years I have devoted myself to be an invaluable asset to my employers. With each opportunity I took the challenge to find ways to improve the current processes, often times developing then implementing methods, and tools which didn't exist in order to fit a current need. Other times I took the opportunity to help team members grow by letting them build needed tools while mentoring the design, and implementation. At the end of the day my goal is always to look back and know that I made a difference, whether it be something was improved at work, or that I was able to help someone else improve themself along the way.

This year after having been out of the education system for a few years, I have decided it is time to further my education. To find success we must always be improving, to do otherwise is to regress, and what better way to improve one self than by expanding knowledge.
